How Halfstone is paid
Subscriptions are the whole business. Halfstone takes no commissions, no referral fees, and no partner payments from anyone.
No carrier or agent pays to be shown to you, because none is ever shown.
Your policies and your contact details are never sold or shared with agents or carriers.

Questions about plans
How do I cancel Plus?
From your account settings, whenever you like. Your Plus features stay on through the period you have paid for, then the account drops to Free with no further charge.
What happens to policies past two if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You pick the two policies that stay on the household view with reminders. The rest stay in your account, readable, and come back to the view if you return to Plus. Past Renewal Reviews stay readable too.
How does the shared household account work?
Plus lets two people sign in to the same household, each with their own login. You both see the same policies, the same renewal dates, and the same Reviews, so whoever opens the mail has the full picture.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. The change starts when the current month or year ends.
